The following 10 ranks are promotional ranks only, the members will either be recommended for promotion or will request promotion from one of the senior members. Promotion will depend on behavior, activity in the club, helpfulness and etc. Also to note you cannot jump ranks during promotion, you must go in order.
All ranks need final approval of the Admin.

Brigadier-General/Brigadier-Général
Colonel/Colonel
Lieutenant-Colonel/Lieutenant-Colonel
Major/Major
Captain/Capitaine

The following are the NCO ranks which will result in promotion by the amount of posts specified, but if a senior members recommends a NCO for promotion then the promotion will be granted if agreed by the majority of senior members. Also to note that during promotion in NCO ranks you can jump more then 1 rank per promotion if granted by senior officers and approved by the Admin.
Chief Warrant Officer/Adjutant-Chef - 500 posts
Master Warrant Officer/Adjudant-Maitre - 400 posts
Warrant Officer/Adjudant - 325 posts
Sergeant/Sergent - 250 posts
Master Corporal/Caporal-Chef - 175 posts
Corporal/Caporal - 100 posts
Private/Soldat - 25 posts
Recruit - new
Demotion may occur at any time if a member's behaviour is not acceptable.
